SHIPPING, RETURNS, CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER


 

Shipping

Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail International.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.


 

Returns Policy

In 2017, the Doorbell Factory, domain name and website only, was purchased by Waterwood. All purchases made before 2017 cannot be returned as Waterwood is not responsible for these purchases.  The Doorbell Factory now only carries Waterwood products. Please contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased if you need a replacement.

Eligible products purchased in 2017 from Doorbell Factory may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of receipt of goods. You must contact Doorbell Factory to inform us that you would like to return an item and obtain a return authorization. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition. All refunds/exchanges will take place after the Doorbell Factory has inspected the item(s). 

Please submit your return request below or email our Returns Department at returns@doorbellfactory.com to receive an authorization for return. All returns or exchanges must be authorized prior to returning any items. Failure to obtain authorization will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive and inspect your item(s), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise: If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 7 business days. You must contact Doorbell Factory to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on returning the item and receiving a replacement.


 

Change/Cancel Order

When you place an order, we jump into action to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames.

If you need to delete an item, reduce a quantity or cancel your order, please act promptly by contacting us. Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order is in fulfillment.

We are unable to add items, or increase the quantity of items, on an order that has already been submitted. If you would like to add new items to your order, or increase the quantity of the items you've purchased, please place a new order.
